organiser circulates the PIN to all the participants, and informs
them of the conference time.
The
organiser then dials the Conference Number above, enters the 6
digit PIN chosen and follows the prompt to re-enter the PIN..He/she
should always start the conference before any participant
checks in.
Each participant then dials 08712044120, enters the 6 digit PIN
given by the organiser and follows the prompt.
Each
new participant's arrival and departure is announced to the conference.
You
