Often a small business will be required not only to make conference calls outbound and inbound, but also to be able to record some or all of those outgoing and incoming calls.

Examples of this would be regulated businesses, perhaps in Financial Services, such as:

  • Insurance Brokers
  • Finance Houses
  • Independent Financial Advisers
  • Money Brokers
  • Financial Consultants

HOW IT WORKS

  1. easy-dial will modify the PBX or telephone system in use by the client.
  2. Calls that need to be recorded would be easily selected by the client - as an example, this may be all calls from all extensions or a combination of incoming and outgoing calls arranged through nominated extensions.
  3. Users of the service would experience no difference in call quality.
  4. easy-dial would provide termination of calls that required either conferencing or recording.
  5. Recordings would be stored on a remote server accessible via a web management page by the client..
  6. The cost of the recording service is from £50 per month, and is dependent upon the size of the PBX and volume.
